b1 = 6 cm
Let a1 and a2 be areas of the triangles.
Since triangles have equal height , a1/a2 = b1/b2
2/3 = 6/b2
b2 = 3×6/2
b2 = 9
Hence base of bigger triangle is 9 cm.
